Open a seeded mill line, intake a fruit lot by cultivar, maturity index, field temperature, and kilograms, then work the Malaxation Bench until bitterness gates, emulsion risk, and cooked-paste ceilings sit in the safe cold-extraction band.
Set decanter water, throughput, and phase splits, watch oil-yield liters reflow against offline seed curves, stage settle-or-filter paths, and pin a reusable Mill Run Spec. Export a shareable plain-text run sheet—everything stays on-device so you walk into the mill knowing settings and expected liters, not guesses.
