MillGates Olives does not collect personal data. Fruit lots, malaxation settings, decanter parameters, Mill Run Specs, and exported run sheets are stored on-device only.

Privacy
MillGates Olives is built as an offline mill-parameter utility. Specs, lots, and forecasts remain under your control on the device you already carry into the mill.
No accounts · No trackers · SwiftData local
No third-party analytics or ads
The app does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. There is no behavioral profiling and no ad identifier harvesting inside the mill studio.
On-device processing
Hellenic cultivar plaques, seeded mill lines, quality gates, and yield forecasts compute locally. Core mill work does not require a network connection or a MillGates account.
Sharing you initiate
When you export a plain-text run sheet, the system share sheet is invoked under your control. MillGates Olives does not upload that sheet to our servers.
