MillGate Olive Press is built as a calculation-first process utility that stays on your iPhone. Mill runs, fruit lots, and Specs are yours alone.

MillGate Olive Press does not collect personal data. There is no account wall, no cloud sync of your lots, and no profiling of your mill activity.

What stays on device

Fruit lot cards, malaxation settings, decanter parameters, pinned Mill Run Specs, and operator run sheets are stored locally with on-device SwiftData. Seeded Hellenic cultivar and mill-line content ships in the app bundle for offline use.

What we do not do

The app does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or cross-app trackers. It does not sell data, build marketing audiences, or phone home with extraction parameters.

Network and sharing

Core mill calculations work offline. If you export a plain-text run sheet, sharing uses the system share sheet you control—email, Files, Messages, or another app you choose. That hand-off is initiated by you, not by background upload from MillGate Olive Press.
